Does the reading experience change, from retention to comprehension, depending on the medium?"I'm still not getting all the fear about "e-books". Very soon there will be no difference between e-ink and traditional ink. No "peripheral vision" disturbances, no "reading on screen" (because it'll look, it already looks) like a page) idea that reading will "migrate" (there are no more sailboats, right?) it just speaks to me of lack of imagination and the innate fear of a changing world.

I don't like closed, proprietary readers like Amazon's Kindle. Otherwise, e-book are fine.
